When we do The Tree we start by lifting our right foot up off the floor, then circling our knee, then do a "high-heel," with the right foot, then open the branches. Then we do the same thing with our left foot.

I just broke my femur. The longest bone in your body for the second time. In my life so I have a battle thing in there and the second time I fell. They put me in and I'm a mobilizer. Because you know the leg has to stay straight and it has to stay on there. I can open it app and clean and I have to put it back, but it's gonna be on me for about 6 to 8 weeks and it's only been like 2 and a 1/2 weeks now. Just interesting to read your others.Thank you

This is actually easier than other inhalers I've used in the past and even easier than the inhaler I thought I was given for this prescription. I was a bit confused when i first opened it and saw the separate capsules but it's a relief to find how easy it is to use. Thanks!

Tore my ACL. Its a grade 2 tear as per the MRI. Doc suggested me to wear the immobilizer for 6 weeks. Turns out I was wearing the mobilizer wrong. I used to wear it a bit on the upper side of the leg 1:36 covering the knee.

The "Machine" costs a million, the med probably only a cent. That's 'add value' tactics in action, you silly! Point one, you can't see what you get for your zillion; two, almost half of the dose remains in your mouth, ie is unused; three, you can't controle nothing: the machine owes you, but you pay for it. Zillions!

I just picked up my prescription and got this type of inhaler ,thank you for the tutorial very well spoken and very well explained.💯✌🏾

If she is using this for the purpose of instructions and it is critical to wash the mouth after use how come this part is not mention, I don’t get it. This could be critical for the health of the people using it. Do we need to wash the mouth or not. This shouldn’t be forgotten for for sake. I most say it is written in the box but people can forget.
